Non-refundable once your application has been submitted, as our services have been rendered.
Government Fees
Government fees are paid directly to UAE immigration authorities.
Non-refundable in all circumstances, as these are processed by the government.
Refund Eligibility - Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your visa application before we submit to immigration authorities, the following cancellation fees apply:

While we strive to process visas within advertised timeframes, actual processing times are determined by UAE immigration authorities and may vary. Changes to processing times do not qualify for refunds.
